Ensign Downs sits in the foothills above the State Capitol building.  It's a wonderful location with incredible views of the Salt Lake Valley, City Creek Canyon and the Wasatch mountains.  Although it is high above the hustle and bustle of the city it is only a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Salt Lake City.  North Cove is the high-end of the market with it's gated community of luxurious homes on large parcels of land.  Ensign Peak was where Brigham Young was able to view the region and draft the groundwork for the layout of the city streets below.
